APPOINTMENT
We recommend booking your next appointment before leaving SkinDesigner Clinic to ensure we can accommodate your schedule. All services require a credit card to hold your appointment. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full-service fee. Should you arrive late, your service will end at the scheduled time. We suggest arriving 10 minutes before your appointment and without any eye makeup.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
We ask that you confirm your appointment via automated text or phone call. If we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, we will reach out to confirm your appointment. If there is still no confirmation, your appointment will be canceled.

CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or canceled. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals may experience a shortened service. If a cancellation occurs within less than 24 hours, the full service charge will apply. All services require a credit card to hold the appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a full-service charge.

PAYMENTS
A 3% processing fee will apply for credit card payments. For your convenience, you may avoid this fee by paying with cash. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.

CHILDREN
Due to the intimate nature of our space, we are unable to accommodate children. We strive to preserve the atmosphere that is so important to every client who visits SkinDesigner Clinic.

MAINTAINING THE ENVIRONMENT
For your safety, outside visitors (including infants, pets, and companions) are not permitted in treatment rooms. If you plan to bring a guest, please ensure another companion can chaperone children under 12 while you are in your treatment. SkinDesigner Clinic is a cell phone-free zone, so we kindly ask that you take calls outside to avoid disturbing other clients.

RETURNS
SkinDesigner Clinic gladly accepts returns on most merchandise for store credit within 10 business days of the delivery date. If you decide that you no longer want a product, please return it immediately. We regret that original shipping costs cannot be refunded with the return. Store credit will be issued for returned items; no money-back refunds are provided.
